What I found most interesting with the majority of the articles is their relationship with the self and the accumilating archive. By this I mean, that just by existence we become an archive. We collect things, such as clothes (Warhol Article) and this becomes the archive of who you are. The clothes are the archive and the closet serves as the catalog. As with the Kabakov article, the items we see as useless and become trash also serves as a self archive. The "trash" is the accumilation of the unwanted, the used, the items we find to be of no use to us anymore. The trash becomes an archive of self in a way of extraction.
Freud's self archive is memeory and experience. All play a factor in the archive of self existence. It becomes a document of our existence. As with the Boltanski artice, he begins to preserve his existence through this documantation process of collecting self archive. One's experience compiled with one's accumilation of memory, objects, excess, and refuse becomes the self archive.
