NPR Fresh Air - Chicago 10

Tonight there was an pertinent episode on NPR's Fresh Air. Terry  Gross interviewed Brett Morgen, the director of the documentary movie Chicago 10, that was based on archival material from the protests at the 1968 Chicago Democratic Convention and from court documents of the trial of the protest leaders that followed. Hey, weren't we just talking about 1968, and all that was happening?

They discussed the movie and actual Chicago event, but also the researching and re-interpretation of the archive.

It was interesting to hear some of the original recordings from the trial that were recently found, and also the performance and interpretation by Roy Scheider, based on the recording.

It's an interesting and perhaps timely listen if you have an extra 39 minutes.
